The Richland County Recreation Commission is a special purpose district dedicated to enriching lives and connecting communities through diverse recreational opportunities. RCRC is dedicated to providing quality programs, activities, and events for all residents of Richland County. The commission maintains 41 recreation sites throughout Richland County and works with numerous community athletic leagues, senior groups, and local businesses.
